Our Centers can help you develop your short and long-term employment goals, determine your eligibility for education scholarships, and help you plan your job search.  We support Older Youth, Unemployed & Underemployed Adults, Older Workers, Veterans, Transitioning Military and their Spouses, and People Living with Disabilities. Filing A Charge of Discrimination with the U.S. Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC)

If you believe that you have been discriminated against at work, you can file a “Charge of Discrimination.” All of the laws enforced by EEOC, except for the Equal Pay Act, require you to file a Charge of Discrimination with us before you can file a job discrimination lawsuit against your employer.
